We have two 15-month Fixed Term Business Analyst (Senior and Intermediate) positions available, working in a large technology investment programme that will implement a new suite of systems and business solutions.
Remuneration is expected to be between $100k – $130k per annum however is dependent on candidate experience
The opportunity
Working within our largest ever technology investment programme, you will play a vital role ensuring new solutions and configuration of those solutions will enable improved services, usability and functionality. To do this you will partner closely with users and subject matter experts to identify opportunities, map and create new processes and embed business analytical best practices within an integrated programme of work.
You will work within a supportive BA Programme Team to ensure requirements, build design and change impacts are well understood, managed proactively and ultimately adopted for improved services. Day to day you will have high engagement with Delivery Leads, Group Leaders, Vendors, Change Analysts and Test/Migration professionals.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous business analytical experience within a new or replacement solutions programme (Senior 5+ years).
Proven track record of delivery from conception to go-live including all elements of stakeholder management, technology, and customer outcomes.
Excellent, pro-active engagement capability, with good relationship building skills in an environment with significant change.
Knowledge and experience in design thinking and co-design methodologies, in agile technology methodology, with excellent working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Visio.
Excellent communication skills to drive collaborative problem solving that aligns with best practice.
Good research and analytical experience, particularly with understanding regulations and standards.
A strong delivery mindset with good time management and planning experience.
Specific experience with HR/Payroll or Asset systems and process would be beneficial but not a core requirement.
