Provide expert planning support, and implementation of change initiatives across Wellington Waters current digital products and a large technology investment programme.
Provide strategic insights to support change initiatives for a major IT transformation programme of work.

Wellington Water is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the planning, and play a key role in the implementation of change initiatives across Digital Products and Services Team (DPS) and throughout the Technology Services Investment (TSI) Programme workstreams.
What you’ll do
The Change Analysts' responsibilities include assessing change impacts and analysing data to support change and communication strategies. The role is key to tracking readiness and risks and reporting on progress. Deliverables include impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication schedules, training calendars, risk registers and readiness reports.
Additionally, you will;
Assess current state using multi-source data and identify gaps to the desired future state.
Provide insights to support change initiatives, including impact analysis and solution recommendations.
Create and maintain dashboards to track change deliverables.
Proactively identify, categorise, and map stakeholder groups and engagement levels and analyse stakeholder needs and influence levels, to inform tailored engagement strategies.
Collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors to build strong, lasting partnerships and effective strategies and communication.
Proactively identify change management and communication risks and issues, and record in the relevant registers.
About you:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
A minimum of 4 years Business & Change Analyst experience, including at least:
3 years’ experience as a Change Analyst on IT projects, or business change programmes, and
Familiarity with change frameworks, methodologies and/or practices, as well as Strong skills in project management methodologies, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
Familiarity with RISK management - specifically the identification of risk.
High level of Excel proficiency and previous experience with Jira or Miro.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
