This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $74,325 to $104,929 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
As Quality Assurance Advisor you will maintain Wellington Water’s policy framework documents and system and support risk and assurance information management with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will manage controlled documents and business processes, test the effectiveness and performance of the framework and analyse data to identify quality and integrity issues.
The role includes supporting audits, incidents and investigations, ensuring outcomes are recorded, actions are tracked and performance is reported.
Responsibilities will include:
Triaging and managing requests from the business for controlled documents and responding to requests for document changes
Providing advice to internal stakeholders on risk and assurance matters
Supporting the preparation of performance reports for leadership teams
Championing internal policy obligations and supporting capability building
Building, fostering and managing effective working relationships across the business to achieve positive risk and assurance outcomes
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
A relevant Risk and Assurance focused qualification or relevant experience
Experience with quality assurance, internal audit and compliance and risk management processes
Familiarity with database applications and assurance software, with a willingness to learn more
Knowledge and understanding of management systems, standards and business process frameworks
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
A Full NZ Drivers licence
