This is a full time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $62,410 to $88,109, ideally, we are looking to appoint between $65,000 to $75,000 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
You will provide high quality administration support to the Manager and wider Network Engineering Team. You will be a member of the company's administration network where you will bring your strong customer service ethos and commitment to ensure the company’s administrative needs are met. You will be someone who has the ability to leverage technology to help improve the overall effectiveness of the administration processes for the team.
You will get to
- Schedule appointments and meetings, preparing and filing of documentation
- Create and manage team purchase orders and general financial administration
- Establish and maintain administration processes and procedures for the team to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation tools
- Collaborate with the wider administration network to help improve efficiencies
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience and achievement in providing administrative support to managers and teams preferably within an engineering or technical environment
- Purchasing administration experience and accounts management
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business
- The ability to think ahead and work out smart ways of doing things
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
