The remuneration range for this role is $74,325 to 104,929 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
As the L&D Advisor your focus is the ownership, management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes ensuring the LMS is an effective, user-friendly platform that supports capability development, reporting, and business intelligence. You will deliver high‑quality support across the Learning and Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD) functions ensuring our people have access to meaningful, well‑designed development opportunities.
You will get to:
Ensure the smooth running and effectiveness of the LMS
Oversee system configuration, content management, reporting, and data integrity
Provide training, guidance, and resources for staff and leaders to confidently use the LMS
Effectively coordinate the development calendar
Manage the PO and general accounts administration
Develop strong and effective working relationships
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven experience using and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, Training & Assessment, or a related adult learning / organisational development field
Savvy IT knowledge is essential, and the use of Microsoft software and tools and an LMS
A focus on results and able to prioritise work
Strong stakeholder management capability
