This is a full time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration midpoint for this role is $ 104,398.00 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
As the Financial Analyst you will work collaboratively with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure WWL asset information is accurate, and the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have a focus on continuous improvement, especially data quality. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of integrity and have strong financial analysis skills.
You will get to:
- Lead the co-ordination of our asset valuation processes
- Take ownership of planning your work programme to meet critical deadlines
- Process large sets of data and manage a complex organisational workflow
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external
- Support the systems accounting, and critical work within the finance team
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Experience in fixed asset accounting and or project accounting
- Involvement in fixed asset valuation processing
- Proven management of large and complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience in large financial information systems, Tech One desirable
