This is a full time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $59,558.72 to $78,059 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
You will be a part of a team responsible for the drainage investigations and flushing of blockages, ensuring to minimize waste and reduce environmental impacts. By undertaking CCTV inspections you will carry out periodic maintenance checks within work schedules and meeting established standards. You will operate and maintain equipment; follow procedures, plans and schedules. On occasion implementing level 1 traffic management practices. You will be required to keep comprehensive records, as well as represent the business in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with our customers.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Full class 1 & 2 license with WTR endorsements a must
- Drainage Flusher experience (preferable)
- STMS traffic control certificate (preferable)
- Confined space entry certificate (preferable)
- Working at Heights certificate (preferable)
- Relevant health and safety certificates, including traffic management, first aid and site safety
Experience working with CCTV inspections is required, You could stand-out with good knowledge of how the drainage network operates, and the importance of preventing overflows to the environment. You should be able to read and understand plans, and have strong communication skills, and commitment to health and safety best practice.
