This is a full time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $69,496 - $98,113 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
The Scheduler is responsible for undertaking the effective and efficient bundling of priority network repairs for dispatch and field crews. This is to improve water loss and to meet performance metric targets. The focus is on the speed and quality of our repairs and customer responses, making sure we attend to the largest leaks and water enquiries by improving efficiency in prioritization in a timely manner and adjusting schedules as needed.

About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Degree or proven experience in work scheduling and workflow management
- Familiarity with water supply systems and repair processes desirable
- Experience with scheduling tools, Microsoft and work order systems
- A good planner with ability to prioritize work load and remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in cross-functional teams containing reactive tasks desirable
