Opportunities to work within our design team don’t come up often, we are looking for a design engineer that has a people-come-first mind-set too.

You will be designing and project managing a portfolio of water and drainage asset renewal and upgrade projects, you will commit to resolving complex issues, reviewing work and providing support & technical guidance to others. Your projects will include investigating and designing outcomes through to developing contract documentation and reporting on the results.

If you have knowledge and experience in the designing of infrastructure, ideally in drainage and water infrastructure, as well as experience in project, contract and relationship management then we would like to hear from you. You will be a demonstrated team player with great communication skills (both verbal and written), self-motivated and keen to learn in a growing industry.

Along with your passion for engineering, can-do attitude and customer focused approach, you'll:

  • Have a Washington Accord degree in Civil or Environmental engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience, in a civil engineering occupation (preferably in three waters but not essential)
  • 2 years of specific design experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
