Wastewater Process Analyst

Monitor wastewater treatment plant processes across the Wellington region.

People work at Wellington Water because they want to make a difference. Working here means you’ll be helping to look after some of our most precious assets: water, human health, and the environment so communities can prosper.

What would you do if you had the opportunity to bring your engineering and project management experience to a role where you could think innovatively and be part of an organisation helping to deliver key outcomes to the people of the Wellington region.

Hopefully you’d be very interested, because this is a chance for you to get involved utilising your project management experience, knowledge of waste water treatment plant processes and your strong relationship management skills.

If you want to be somewhere that’s agile and dynamic in its aims and accomplishments, you’ll definitely find what you’re looking for at Wellington Water. In waste water our big focus is on the marine environment and water quality, and how that helps us to connect our people with the coast.

You might be considering a step up for your career, or perhaps you’re already working at this level but are keen to be somewhere that you can use your skills more innovatively. You’ll be joining a good-sized organisation with room to grow and people to share ideas and knowledge with.

You’ll find a collegial and collaborative team, who are all just as interested as you are in the possibilities we can create together.

It’s a team environment you’ll thrive in if you’re personable, well organised and have great attention to detail.  As well as good written and verbal communication skills, you’ll also have knowledge of waste water treatment plant operations and maintenance procedures as well as environmental monitoring principles.

What more could you want? There’s no better reason to take your next career step.

If this sounds like you and you have the legal right to currently work in New Zealand, apply today.  Please send your CV and a brief covering letter.

Applications close at 5 pm on Monday 28 October 2019.
