As a Customer Technical Advisor you will provide day-to-day technical and operational support to the Customer Planning Engineer. This includes supporting operational responses, planned works, customer liaison and working with operational field crews to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of three waters services. We have two positions available – one each based at our Rongotai and Pomare depots.
To be successful in this role you will:
- hold a full NZ Class 1 Drivers License
- have an NZCE/Diploma in Engineering/Degree qualification (Civil, Mech, Elect) or other suitable trade qualification
- have strong computer literacy, with specific experience with computer-based maintenance and asset management systems
- have emergency and incident response experience
- be able to interpret engineering drawings including network plans
- have demonstrated experience in customer service and relationship management

The Customer Technical Advisor sits within the Customer Planning Team of COG. The Customer Planning Team is responsible for the development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Programs for the Three Waters services of the Client Councils.
